The Ray White Project Marketing (Queensland) team work closely together. Each team member is responsible for their role and all work together to ensure our service to clients is of a high standard. A tight-knit team, all members are actively involved in each project we undertake, from the day the company is appointed to the end of its completion.
Graeme Sharp, is the Managing Director of Ray White Project Marketing (Queensland) and Ray White Toowong. Graeme started his career in property in 1990, selling both houses and land in the Western suburbs of Brisbane. Since 1993, Graeme has specialised in Project Marketing initially with PRD and later with Ray White. Graeme commenced managing Ray White Project Marketing (Queensland) in 2000 and became the sole owner of the business in January 2006. In 2007, Graeme expanded his business interests and purchased Ray White Toowong and in both 2009 and more recently 2010, achieved the Highest Growth Award for the Property Management business.
Graeme has gained many awards and accolades throughout his career, including recently being named Number 2 Selling Partner for Ray White in 2010, recognising that he is the second highest selling principal in Queensland. Previously, Graeme has won the Partner Award, being the highest selling principal in Queensland and second highest selling principal internationally. Graeme has also been named as a Ray White Elite Performer in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010, having attained a convincing benchmark in sales, equating to being in the Top 5% of the entire Ray White sales force. He is also the inaugural winner of the Significant Contribution to Ray White Invest Award.
Kathy Goodwin, is responsible for compiling weekly project reports, recording all enquiries received from marketing and general administration duties. From a long history in office management, she brings to the team a high level of administration knowledge. She also has a broad knowledge of the property industry, with six years experience in real estate offices.
Stacey O'Brien , Marketing Coordinator, is responsible for managing marketing and advertising initiatives and opportunities. She possesses a Degree in Business (Marketing) and has a background in Project Marketing and Advertising. Also with a full REIQ licence, Stacey brings to the team a broader knowledge of the real estate industry. She works in conjunction with external suppliers and agencies to ensure marketing tasks are completed to the highest level, within appropriate time and budget constraints.
Grace Tan, joined Ray White Project Marketing (Queensland) as a sales consultant in January of 2007, after accumulating five and a half years experience in residential sales. Grace has a thorough understanding of the various aspects of real estate. She currently works with developers both sourcing and selling residential, commercial and retail sites. Previously, she has been involved in commercial leasing. Grace is a valued member of the team, who can comfortably manage numerous listings at one time, being responsible for the complete sales process, from initial enquiry through to final settlement, and after sales support.
Julie Horton, first joined Ray White in 1993 as a sales consultant, having achieved a number of accolades including the 'Ray White Excellence in Sales for Queensland'. Ray White Project Marketing continues to expand its market place and Julie is our permanent consultant overseeing projects situated on the northern coast. Living and investing in property most her life there, Julie enjoys a wealth of market knowledge.
Hilton Williams, has worked in the industry as a successful property broker, refining his skills within the dynamic nature of the property market. As a cultured individual, he is equipped to associate with others on a personal and professional basis and his customer service is second to none. Having graduated from the University Of Queensland with a Master of Business, Hilton ensures every property is given maximum exposure and the sales strategy is targeted effectively and successfully.
Judith Draydon, enjoys a wealth of experience in the industry and is recipient of the highly regarded Ray White Elite Performer Award for Sales Excellence, where Judith is ranked one of Queensland's Top Sales Performers for Ray White. Judith has earned her reputation for excellence, covering the best of Brisbane's premium inner city riverfront apartments. Her impressive sales record speaks for itself, selling exclusive apartments such as 'Freshwater' in New Farm, the 'Hudson Boutique' building in Adelaide Street, as well as the luxurious 'Linear' apartments on Coronation Drive. Each sale is personally managed and overseen by Judith, taking care to look for finer details that ensure the sweet smell of sales success.
Judy Watterston, has a wealth of experience that translates across all areas of the real estate
industry. Judy’s 20 years of experience in project sales, marketing, ‘off the plan’ sales, investment
property and multi-million dollar sales have won her countless awards ,including the Centurion
award for the top 2% of money earners. Her experience as sales manager and project
development manager has seen shorter completion stages with projects for Devine, Colliers
International, Dixon Homes, Lend Lease and Ray White. She has spend time in Papua New
Guinea, and as an expatriate understands the difficulty in relocating family, purchasing property
or renting . Understanding the importance of client and customer service is Judy’s main focus,
and this is one of the key elements of joining Ray White Project Marketing.
Leo Gante, has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2003. Leo has extensive experience in
South East Queensland in residential, commercial and retail real estate. Leo's previous experience
also includes overseeing residential and commercial developments. As the Licensee of his own
boutique agency, Leo has gained experience in all facets of a real estate transaction, and brings
a wealth of experience to the team.
Sanjiv Pabari, is the Financial Controller for Ray White Project Marketing. Qualified as an
accountantin the United Kingdom, he joined the team in 2003 having previously worked for KPMG abroad and Ernst & Young Brisbane where he focused primarily on assurance and acquisition, and due diligence for a number of large clients. Sanjiv is responsible for running the entire financial side of the business.
Sonia Singh , is the Accounting and Contracts Manager for Ray White Project Marketing and Ray
White Toowong. Sonia joined the Ray White Toowong team in 2009, and looks after all the accounting
as well as contract management for the business.
Euan Brown, is the mortgage broker for Ray White Toowong and Ray White Project Marketing
(Queensland). With over 10 years of financial services experience, Euan prides himself on his "best
practice" approach; securing his clients the most cost effective rates. Euan represents the Loan
Market, and can access over 30 lenders and 300 home loan products, many of which are not
available to the general public. With financial services experience in London, Sydney and now
Brisbane, clients can rest assured that their finance needs are in safe hands.
