Graeme Sharp is the Managing Director of Ray White Project Marketing (Queensland) and Ray White Toowong. Graeme started his career in property in 1990, selling both houses and land in the Western suburbs of Brisbane. Since 1993, Graeme has specialised in Project Marketing initially with PRD and later with Ray White. Graeme commenced managing Ray White Project Marketing (Queensland) in 2000 and became the sole owner of the business in January 2006. In 2007, Graeme expanded his business interests and purchased Ray White Toowong and in both 2009 and more recently 2010, achieved the Highest Growth Award for the Property Management business.
Graeme has gained many awards and accolades throughout his career, including recently being named Number 2 Selling Partner for Ray White in 2010, recognising that he is the second highest selling principal in Queensland. Previously, Graeme has won the Partner Award, being the highest selling principal in Queensland and second highest selling principal internationally. Graeme has also been named as a Ray White Elite Performer in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012. Graeme has also been award Number 1 Selling Principal in 2011 and Number 2 Selling Principal in 2012. Having attained a convincing benchmark in sales, equating to being in the Top 5% of the entire Ray White sales force. He is also the inaugural winner of the Significant Contribution to Ray White Invest Award.
Kristen Harris is Graeme Sharp’s Executive Assistant and is the Contracts Manager for the Ray White Team. Kristen is both professional and friendly and has gained extensive skills through her 9 years experience in real estate administration and comes from a background as a Receptionist, Office Manager and Property Manager within the industry.
Grace Tan joined Ray White Project Marketing (Queensland) as a sales consultant in January of 2007, after accumulating five and a half years experience in residential sales. Grace has a thorough understanding of the various aspects of real estate. She currently works with developers both sourcing and selling residential, commercial and retail sites. Previously, she has been involved in commercial leasing. Grace is a valued member of the team, who can comfortably manage numerous listings at one time, being responsible for the complete sales process, from initial enquiry through to final settlement, and after sales support.

Anika Fasavalu is the Marketing Manager for the Ray White Team. Anika has worked in administration within the property industry for over 7 years, both residential and commercial.
Sanjiv Pabari is the Financial Controller for Ray White Project Marketing. Qualified as an accountant in the United Kingdom, he joined the team in 2003 having previously worked for KPMG abroad and Ernst & Young Brisbane where he focused primarily on assurance and acquisition, and due diligence for a number of large clients. Sanjiv is responsible for running the entire financial side of the business.
