Nestled in Noosa hills

CONSTRUCTION of Noosa’s Viridian Village is now complete and buyers are keen to purchase properties at the luxury resort, nestled into the hills behind popular Hasting St.

There is a good range of one and two-bedroom apartments as well as two, three and four-bedroom villas still available.

Ray White Project Marketing Queensland managing director Graeme Sharp said Viridian’s penthouses were proving popular with investors and those wishing to secure their own luxury Noosa getaway.

‘‘Viridian has enjoyed a number of one-bedroom residence sales, with their price point from $339,000 making them extremely attractive,’’ he said. Mr Sharp said Viridian offered a unique location away from the hustle and bustle of Hastings St while still being very close to the area.

‘‘There are great depreciation benefits for investors, with the resort being only two years old,’’ he said.

‘‘With the Christmas holidays also finished, the weekends are extremely popular for quick getaways while week days are good for conferences and interstate holiday makers.

‘‘Noosa has a flurry of festivals occurring in the near future which will continue to attract holiday makers, including the Noosa International Food and Wine Festival in May, the Noosa Long Weekend Festival in June, and the Noosa Jazz Festival in September, just to name a few.

‘‘All of these events will contribute to attracting buyers to Noosa and cementing its popularity as one of Queensland’s ultimate lifestyle destinations.’’

On the borders of beautiful Noosa National Park, Viridian Village sees residents enjoying a range of facilities including pools, a gymnasium, nature walks, as well as water views.

The residences boast modern, luxurious features including stone floor tiles, wool carpets, stainless steel appliances, open-plan spaces, and spacious balconies.

Two-bedroom apartments at Viridian Village Noosa are priced from $475,000.

Two and three-three bedroom treetop villas are available from $945,000 and beach villas are from $1.2 million.
