Welcome to the August edition of Projects Monthly.
Every month we will be offering our home-buyer and investor clients access to our exciting new projects from across our projects businesses.
This month we are very pleased to showcase “Aurora”, Lane Cove-NSW and “Grandview Ridge”, Brookwater-QLD. Aurora is located in one of the most competitive residential markets in Australia with high-levels of comparable product for both investors and home-owners nearby. Grandview Ridge is a premium-listing for a premium area, geared mainly toward home-owners and downsizers.
We are now marketing some 30 developments throughout the team. There is strong buyer-interest although purchasers have a heightened sense of value and are prepared to “wait for the next one” rather than stretching themselves. This just means we are having to work harder to find the right property.
There were some great success stories throughout our Projects team during the month. In particular, Graeme Sharp and Grace Tan completed the sale of 14 luxury units in Redcliffe, Qld. By executing a comprehensive marketing strategy and utilizing a strong local market knowledge, the units were all sold within 6 months.
