Welcome to the September edition of Projects Monthly.
This month we are very pleased to showcase “The Forum”, Bondi Junction-NSW and “Sugar Tree” in
Auckland, N.Z. The Forum is located in a trendy commuter hub, just a short distance from both the city and the world-famous Bondi Beach, making this a solid investment for owner-occupiers or discerning landlord. Sugar Tree is a vibrant, design showpiece and bustling community located on the edge of Auckland’s CBD. The focus on quality and lifestyle set around cafes and boutiques will appeal to buyers who appreciate the finer aspects of community living.
We are now marketing some 75 developments throughout the team and this number is set to grow as we
continue to build our impressive network of offices. In the month of August we had more than 900 buyers
through our open apartments and display suites and interest remains high.
There were some great success stories throughout our Projects team during the month. In particular,
Julian Sutherland from our Surfers Paradise business who is now marketing a number of developments to buyers in Jakarta, China and in New Zealand. The power of our brand and cross-selling between our projects experts has seen us reach new audiences and this is set to build momentum.
